Raw "Bulk" Snack Bars

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups oats
  • ¾ cup whole almonds
  • ½ cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup pepitas or pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup ground flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey if not vegan
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce *ideally homemade
  • 1 cup almond butter
Instructions
  1. Measure and mix all of the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add wet ingredients and combine.
  3. Line a 9x12 baking sheet with parchment paper and add the mixture. With the back of a wooden spoon, flatten the mixture.
  4. Add another piece of parchment paper on top, press down with the palms of your hands and place in the freezer overnight.
  5. Remove and cut into 20 bars.
  6. Store in a TupperwarStore in a Tupperware container in the freezer with parchment paper between the layers for up to a week.
